SALON POLICIES

1.PRODUCTS

All products are refundable if they are unopened,  undamaged and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt or proof of payment. If this is something you would like to dispute, (for example if a product is faulty) please do get in touch. Please note that results from products are not guaranteed and make sure that you read the ingredients list before use to prevent allergic reaction.

 

2.TREATMENTS

Treatments are NOT refundable. Please note that with most treatments I offer, strict aftercare is recommended to increase effectiveness of result and it is not the fault of the therapist if you fail to follow correct aftercare.

 

Consultation forms are provided for you either via email when the treatment is booked or in salon on the day of treatment. These forms are an opportunity for you to explain to me any medical issues that may have an impact on your treatment, and for me to decide whether the chosen treatment is suitable for you. When presented with a form, please read everything in detail and answer accurately and honestly for your own safety and comfort. 

 

If you are unhappy with your service or results and believe that it is not a result of poorly followed aftercare, then please get in touch and provide images to support what you are not satisfied with.

3. PRIVACY

Consultation forms are provided either via email or in salon. These forms are confidential and remain with me for 6 months before they are destroyed. If you return to me 6 months after you filled out your first form, you will be asked to complete a new one. This will ensure that all information is accurate and up to date. 4. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you fail to give me the required notice period, then a charge of 20% of your treatment cost may be added to your bill.

If your reason for cancellation is deemed valid by me, then the charge may be dropped.

 

5. LATE ARRIVAL

Similar to the cancellation policy, if you arrive late for your treatment, I may not be able to complete it, and a charge of 20% of the treatment price will be added to your bill. I do allow extra times with all treatments, but this is for my benefit and to ensure that I have time to properly clean and prepare for my next guest. Arriving early may also not be possible, as I cannot promise that I will be finished with my previous guest. Please arrive for your appointment on time, or let me know.
